Mark Anderson – CDS

As Managing Director, EMEA, Mark Anderson provides expert consulting through all stages of the EDRM. He has worked on some of the largest, most complex international disputes and investigations, and brings deep experience supervising multinational teams, navigating complex cross-border issues, and applying technology assisted review (TAR). In his work with law firms, corporations, and government agencies, Mark deploys data identification and collection methodologies and builds streamlined review workflows for complex data sets. Mark also leads the development of CDS Convert, a proprietary tool which analyzes short message data from more than 35 data sources and makes it easy to review in popular e-discovery platforms. Prior to joining CDS, Mark conducted forensic collections, supported data investigations, and led project teams for multiple international legal technology service providers. Mark holds multiple Relativity certifications including Relativity Master and is an Encase Certified Examiner.
